Every month, a leading chef discloses their kitchen secrets and shares a convivial meal of dishes that you’ve cooked during the workshop. It is a great honour to us that the Michelin-starred Chef Christian Etienne patrons every year our cooking courses.

Our "Master Chef" cooking courses invite you to spend 4 hours with a renowned Chef from the region of Avignon in order to make a prestige meal dedicated to a seasonal product. The course leads you to learn about "Chef" tips and techniques, to discover original, subtle and gourmet recipes. This is also the occasion to share a great moment of conviviality with Chefs wanting to share their passion and their expertise. The course includes making 3 dishes (starter, main-course and desert), the meal in company with the Chef and a wine tasting (Rhone Valley wines) presented by a sommelier from Inter-Rhône.

Our "Creative cooking" courses invite you to spend three hours with an experienced Chef to cook original receipes on a seasonal theme. This course includes the making of three recipes and the tasting with the Chef.
